GENERAL INFORMATION / POLICIES

I am a vegan friendly tattooer. 

I do not tattoo anyone under 18 years of age, even if parental consent has been given. Absolutely no exceptions.

Please bring valid ID to your tattoo appointment, if you aren’t able to provide valid ID your appointment won’t go ahead.

I can’t ethically tattoo you if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

I don’t recommend using numbing cream unless absolutely necessary due to healing complications. If you’d like to discuss the possibility of using numbing cream, please mention this to me while booking your appointment.

I only tattoo fingers, hands, necks, behind the ear and face on a case by case basis.

I don’t do large scale cover ups however I might consider it if the tattoo is small and faded enough.

❊ I do not accept every booking request. I’m only booking a few months ahead at a time so I have to be selective with the projects I take on.

❊ Although I can’t take on every booking request, I will get back to you. As I am a one woman show, it does take me about a month to get back to everyone who submitted a booking request. If I can take on your project, I will contact you with some possible appointment dates. If I can’t take on your project, I will do my best to recommend another artist who will do a great job.

I specialise in mandala and geometric work, colour or black and grey. I will be prioritising booking requests with the above design elements as well as flash designs. I will still be taking on fine line tattoo requests as well as Get What You Get (GWYG) appointments however booking submissions in my style will be given priority.

MY PRICES

All of my prices include GST.

Get what you get tattoos start at $165. Additional spins are able to be purchased for $10 each.

My starting price for custom work (minimum charge) is $250
I charge per price, not per hour. If you are wanting to book in for multiple small tattoos, I will provide you with a quote based on each design.

My full day rate is $1,265 and includes an appointment lasting up to 6 hours.
A full day appointment includes a 30-minute lunch break.
Please note: The full day price only applies to a large tattoo project, if you want multiple pieces done in a single appointment, each design will be charged by the piece.

It’s important to remember that the charge for your designs not only include the tattooing time itself, but the stencil time, the time taken to design the piece and admin work behind the scenes.

Please note, the time it takes to stencil your design is included in your tattoo appointment.

Quotes are intended as a rough estimate and are highly variable depending on:
How well you sit for the tattoo
The placement on your body
Skin conditions
If you need extra breaks

DEPOSIT DISCLAIMER

I require a $100 / $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment date.

Once an appointment date has been suggested you have 3 days to pay the deposit and send through proof of the transaction.

No proof of deposit being paid = no booking.

Deposits cover administrative costs and the time I spend drawing. Deposits also ensure me that you will attend your appointment.

Your deposit comes off the price of your tattoo on the day.

You will lose your deposit if you no-show, cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the booking. Due to the current situation with Covid-19 in WA, if less than 48 hours notice is provided and you are able to provide proof of a positive PCR test, I will roll over your deposit out of grace one time only. Further requests to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of initial deposit. To reschedule a new deposit will need to be paid. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment and rebook at a later date I can hold a deposit for up to 6 months. Provided you gave me more than 48 hours notice each time, I am able to reschedule your appointment 2 times without loss of deposit.

I run a tight booking schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will lose your deposit and in order to reschedule a new deposit will need to be paid.

If we go into lockdown or our studio has to close unexpectedly due to the pandemic, your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit will be rolled over.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

If you can no longer attend your appointment or have changed your mind about getting the tattoo, please contact me via email ASAP.

To prepare for your tattoo appointment, make sure you get a good sleep the night before your appointment and have a meal prior to coming into the studio. You are more than welcome to bring a drink bottle with you and a snack.

I would recommend wearing loose fitting, comfortable clothes to your appointment.

Please do not consume drugs or alcohol 24 hours before or during your appointment. If you come in and are inebriated in any way I have the right to refuse to tattoo you. This includes being hungover.

The area of skin that is being tattooed must not be damaged in any way. This includes sunburn, bruises, infections (zits / ingrown hairs) or abrasions. I will reschedule your appointment should the area not be suitable to tattoo so your skin can heal.

Please arrive at the studio for your scheduled appointment 5 minutes early so you can sign your waiver.

Unless we have discussed prior, please do not show up to your appointment having applied numbing cream. If you show up to your appointment with numbing cream on and we hadn’t discussed it previously, I will reschedule your appointment and another deposit will need to be paid.

The studio is a safe space for everyone. Anyone displaying disrespectful or disorderly behaviour will be evicted and banned from the studio. I have the right to evict you at any point during your appointment and not finish you tattoo should you disrespect me, my coworkers or other clients.

Please be respectful of my time as admin work is done on top of drawing and tattooing. If we have been discussing a potential booking and you are no longer interested, please let me know. I spend hours each week following up with clients who never get back to me. If you decide to ignore my emails instead of letting me know about your change of heart, you will not be booked in for any tattoo appointments in the future.

If a client falls ill during their tattoo, the appointment will automatically end if the client vomits or falls unconscious. If the tattoo is unfinished, another appointment date will be discussed once the client is feeling better in order to finish the tattoo.

ARTWORK DISCLAIMER

I generally only show clients their design on the day of their appointment rather than sending the artwork online prior. If we need to make changes we can certainly do so!

If you would like to make changes to the design, we can do that together in person on the day of your appointment. I use an iPad for drawing so minor changes can be swiftly made.

If you are unhappy with major parts of the design and it needs to be redrawn completely, we will rebook the appointment for another date so I have time to make it PERFECT for you.

If you contact me wanting to make changes to your idea within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. I can always make small changes to the design which was initially discussed but you MUST give me enough notice.

If you are booked in for a tattoo and have completely changed your idea from what was previously discussed I have the right to reschedule your appointment to accommodate the new design or cancel the appointment completely if I don’t think my work is best suited to the new design concept.

It is your responsibility to check any spelling, dates and translations if you are getting a script tattoo.

ADMIN DISCLAIMER

Although it can be frustrating, please understand that I am only one person. I tattoo full time (Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm) which means all of my admin hours are done on my days off or evenings after I have finished my ‘work’ day. I am extremely blessed to have so many clients however this means my inbox is always full. I do my best to work through everything as quickly as possible and update my social media with where I am up with email and booking form replies.

TOUCH UP DISCLAIMER

I don’t touch up tattoos that have been done by other artists.
Exceptions will only be made if the artist is no longer tattooing or if you were made to feel uncomfortable by the original studio or artist.

Providing I am the original artist who did the tattoo, one touch up is free within the first 6 months of your tattoo appointment as long the client followed my recommended aftercare instructions.

If you would like a touch up outside of this timeframe, it will be charged at my minimum spend of $250. 

You will lose your free touch up if you no-show, cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours notice of your appointment.

Due to the nature of the skin, I do not touch up tattoos on the hands, fingers or feet for free. Touch ups on these areas will be charged my minimum spend of $250.

COVID-19 POLICY

Due to the current state of Covid-19 in WA, myself and the studio are making some changes in order to keep you and ourselves safe.

If possible, please come alone to your appointment.
I understand getting tattoos can be a daunting experience so if you would like to have a support person with you for the appointment, please let me know ahead of time. Anyone accompanying you to your appointment shouldn’t be unwell or currently testing positive for Covid-19.

Although it is no longer mandatory to isolate if you are sick with Covid-19, please don’t come to your appointment if you are currently testing positive.

If you are feeling unwell or present any symptoms of being unwell please provide 48 hours notice in order to reschedule your appointment with your deposit. If less than 48 hours notice is provided and you are able to provide proof of a positive PCR test, I will roll over your deposit out of grace one time only. Further requests to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of initial deposit. To reschedule a new deposit will need to be paid.

GENERAL AFTERCARE INFORMATION

Your tattoo is most fresh and vulnerable right after your appointment, I would recommend keeping the rest of your day free to rest and relax.

At the end of your appointment I will wrap your tattoo up with glad wrap. Keep the wrap on for 1 to 2 hours if you are going straight home. If you are not going straight home, keep the wrap on until you can safely remove it at home.

Once the wrap is removed, wash the tattoo with warm soapy water in the shower. I would recommend a gentle, fragrance free soap.

A fresh tattoo takes around 3 weeks to heal. Please repeat the following instructions for 3 weeks.

Wash the tattoo twice a day with warm soapy water.

Do not scratch or pick at your tattoo.

Do not soak your tattoo for 3 weeks. Soaking your tattoo includes baths, spas or swimming in the ocean / pool. Showers are fine!

Apply a thin layer of aftercare cream 2 to 3 times a day. 

Keep your healing tattoo away from hash sunlight. Do not apply sunscreen until the tattoo is healed.

Do not shave or apply fake tan / makeup over the tattooed area until it is healed.

Aftercare recommendations:
You can purchase an aftercare package at the end of your tattoo appointment. My aftercare packages are $15 and contain Inky Salve tattoo aftercare cream.
