Please take a moment to read through these sections before booking. They help make sure your experience is smooth, safe and magical from start to finish.

GENERAL INFORMATION / POLICIES

❊ I am a vegan-friendly tattooer.
All products used in my studio are vegan where possible.

❊ I do not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent.
Absolutely no exceptions.

❊ Please bring valid, government-issued ID to your appointment.
If you can’t provide ID, your session won’t be able to go ahead.

❊ I cannot ethically tattoo clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

❊ I don’t usually recommend numbing cream due to healing complications.
If you feel you may need it, please mention this during the booking process so we can discuss it first.

❊ I tattoo hands, fingers, necks, behind the ear and face on a case-by-case basis only.

❊ I don’t take on large-scale cover-ups, but I may consider smaller ones if the existing tattoo is faded enough.

❊ I don’t take on every booking request.
If I’m not the right artist for your idea, I’ll let you know and happily recommend someone who would be a perfect fit.

MY PRICES

All of my prices include GST.

Get What You Get Tattoos

Start at $150.
Additional spins can be purchased for $10 each.

Flash Designs

Flash pieces are individually priced.

Custom Tattoos

My minimum charge for custom work is $250.
I charge per piece, not per hour.

If you’re booking multiple small tattoos, I’ll provide a quote for each design.

Full Day Rate

A full-day appointment is $1,265 and includes up to 6 hours of tattooing.
This includes a 30-minute lunch break.

Please note:

  • The full day rate applies to large-scale projects only.

  • If you’re wanting multiple smaller pieces done in one session, each tattoo will be priced individually.

How My Pricing Works

My pricing reflects the skill, experience and time that go into creating your tattoo, not just the tattooing time itself.

This includes:
❊ Designing and drawing your artwork
❊ Preparing and adjusting stencils
❊ Admin and communication leading up to your booking
❊ Professional set-up and high-quality materials

These elements are part of my overall pricing structure, but they are not itemised or charged separately for each tattoo, they simply reflect the value, care and preparation that go into my work.

Stencil application time is included as part of your tattoo appointment.

Quotes

Quotes are a rough estimate and may vary depending on:
❊ How well you sit during your appointment
❊ Placement on the body
❊ Skin conditions or sensitivities
❊ If you need additional breaks

DEPOSIT DISCLAIMER

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date.
(For larger pieces or full-day bookings, a higher deposit may be required — this will be discussed with you first.)

Once I suggest an appointment date, you have 3 days to pay your deposit and send through proof of payment.
No proof of deposit = no booking.

Deposits cover administrative time, drawing and design preparation, and ensure your commitment to the appointment.
Your deposit comes off the total cost of your tattoo on the day.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

You will lose your deposit if:

❊ You do not show up
❊ You cancel your appointment
❊ You reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice

If you give more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date.

Illness or Unexpected Circumstances

If you’re feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible.

If you need to reschedule within 48 hours due to illness, I require some form of proof, such as:
❊ a doctor’s note
❊ a pharmacy visit receipt
❊ a RAT test photo with the date visible

This helps distinguish genuine illness from a simple cold or change of plans.

If proof is provided, I may offer a one-time courtesy rollover of your deposit.
Further late reschedules will require a new deposit.

If no proof is provided, the standard late cancellation policy applies and the deposit will be forfeited.

How Long Your Deposit Can Be Held

If you need to postpone your appointment entirely, I can hold your deposit for up to 6 months, provided:
❊ You gave more than 48 hours’ notice, and
❊ You have not exceeded two reschedules

After this, a new deposit will be required to book again.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit will be required to secure another date.

If the Studio Must Close

If the studio must close unexpectedly (e.g., illness, emergencies, or government requirements), your deposit will simply roll over to the rescheduled date.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

I want your tattoo appointment to be safe, comfortable and enjoyable.
Please take a moment to read through the expectations below before your booking.

If You Can’t Attend Your Appointment

If you’re no longer able to attend or you’ve changed your mind about getting the tattoo, please email me as soon as possible.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To help your body sit well for the tattoo:

❊ Get a good sleep the night before
❊ Eat a proper meal beforehand
❊ Bring water and a snack
❊ Wear loose, comfortable clothing that gives access to the tattoo area

Drugs & Alcohol

Please do not consume drugs or alcohol within 24 hours before or during your appointment.
This also includes arriving hungover.

If you arrive intoxicated in any form, I won’t be able to tattoo you and the appointment will be rescheduled with a new deposit.

Skin Condition

The area being tattooed must be in healthy condition.
I cannot tattoo over:

❊ Sunburn
❊ Bruises
❊ Infections (pimples, ingrowns, rashes)
❊ Cuts, abrasions or irritated skin

If the area isn’t suitable on the day, your appointment will need to be rescheduled so your skin can heal.

Waiver

Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete your waiver before we begin.

Numbing Cream

Please do not apply numbing cream unless we have discussed it beforehand.

If you arrive with numbing cream on without prior approval, your appointment will be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required.

Studio Behaviour

My studio is a safe, respectful and inclusive space.

Disrespectful, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the studio.
I reserve the right to stop the tattoo at any point if boundaries are crossed.

If You Become Unwell During Your Appointment

If you vomit, faint or become unable to safely continue, the tattoo will be stopped immediately.
We can discuss a follow-up appointment to complete the tattoo once you’re feeling better.

Child-Free Space

My studio is strictly child-free (16+).

If you arrive with a child and no one to look after them outside the studio, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
This is for safety reasons and to maintain a calm environment.

Ghosting Policy

Please be respectful of my time — I do all admin, emails and drawing outside of my tattoo hours.

If you're no longer interested in a booking we’ve been discussing, please let me know.

If you stop replying after receiving a quote or suggested appointment, I will consider the booking closed.
In these cases, I won’t be able to offer future tattoo appointments.

ARTWORK DISCLAIMER

I usually show clients their final design on the day of their appointment rather than sending artwork beforehand. This helps me stay focused during drawing days and ensures the design is fresh, cohesive and created specifically for you.

We can absolutely make changes together on the day — I draw on an iPad, so minor adjustments can be made quickly and easily.

Major Design Changes

If you are unhappy with major parts of the design and it needs a full redraw, we will rebook your appointment so I have the proper time to make the design perfect for you.

Changing Your Idea Before the Appointment

If you want to make changes to your idea, please let me know as early as possible.

If you contact me to change your concept within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
This is because I’ve already spent time drawing and preparing your original design.

Small adjustments to the original idea are fine but you must give me enough notice.

If you have completely changed your design concept, I may need to reschedule your appointment to allow time for new artwork, or decline the booking if the new idea is no longer suited to my style.

Spelling, Dates & Translations

If your tattoo includes script, dates or foreign language text, it is your responsibility to ensure all spelling, wording and translations are correct.

ADMIN & COMMUNICATION

Tuesdays as my main admin day. This is when I work through emails, booking requests and follow ups.
That said, I’m still a one woman show, and some weeks I may run a little behind depending on my tattoo workload.

I tattoo full time (Wednesday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm) so all admin is done outside tattoo hours. This means I am replying either on Tuesdays or in the evenings.
I’m incredibly grateful for the amount of interest I receive, and this also means my inbox is always busy.

I promise I’m doing my best to get back to everyone as quickly as possible, and I post updates on Instagram about where I’m up to with replies.

Thank you so much for your patience. It truly helps me stay balanced while giving every client the care and attention they deserve.

TOUCH UP DISCLAIMER

I do not touch up tattoos done by other artists.
Exceptions are only made if:

❊ The original artist is no longer tattooing, or
❊ You felt unsafe or uncomfortable in the original studio

If I am the original artist, one touch-up is free within the first 6 months, provided recommended aftercare was followed.

Touch-ups requested after 6 months will be charged at my minimum spend of $250.

You will lose your free touch-up if you no-show, cancel or reschedule the touch-up appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Due to the nature of the skin, I do not offer free touch-ups for tattoos on:

❊ Hands
❊ Fingers
❊ Feet

Touch-ups on these areas will be charged at my minimum spend of $250.

HEALTH, ILLNESS & STUDIO SAFETY

Please arrive to your tattoo appointment feeling well and healthy.

If you are currently testing positive for COVID-19, or actively experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me so we can reschedule your appointment.

If you need to reschedule due to illness within 48 hours, I require proof (such as a doctor’s note, pharmacy receipt or a dated RAT test photo).
With valid proof, I may offer a one-time deposit rollover as a courtesy.

If proof isn’t provided, the standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies and the deposit will be forfeited.

Support person:
If you would like to bring someone with you for support, please let me know ahead of time.
Anyone accompanying you must be well and not currently positive for COVID-19 or experiencing symptoms.
